* this を同じ日付を表す std::chrono::time_point に変換します。これは year() month() day() から year_month_day を構成し、その year_month_day を変換先の型に変換するのと等価です。

1) 次と等価: std:: chrono :: sys_days ( year ( ) / month ( ) / day ( ) )
2) 次と等価: std:: chrono :: local_days ( year ( ) / month ( ) / day ( ) )
