    1) 2つの分布オブジェクトが等しいかどうかを比較します。
    2) 2つの分布オブジェクトが等しくないかどうかを比較します。

    これらの関数は通常の unqualified lookup または qualified lookup では可視化されず、 argument-dependent lookup によってのみ、std::student_t_distribution<ResultType>が引数の関連クラスである場合に見つけることができます。

    != 演算子は operator== から 合成されます 。
